Metalo aušinimo emulsijų sistemų valymui prieš pakeitimą skirtas priedas paviršiaus aktyvatorių, baktericidų ir fungicidų šarminio tirpalo pagrindu.

Įvedama prie 24 val. į nupilti ruošiamą emulsiją 1 - 2 %. Galutinis išplovimas su 0.5 %.

Metalworking Fluid Additives

Mechanica UAB offers one of the widest arrays of metalworking additives available anywhere to the compounder/blender. Our core product line of extreme pressure (EP) additives answers the technology requirement needed in modern machining techniques. We offer S, CL, and P additives, as well as offering various alternatives to chlorinated chemistries. Additionally, our boundary lubricant additives, oil-soluble as well as water-soluble, further supplement and enhance our EP additives role and function in the various chip-making and metal deformation operations. Majority of our additives are single components, providing our customer with the flexibility to design their own products. However, Dover Chemical also offers packages and concentrates for those customers that do not wish to stock small quantities of multiple additives to produce their own emulsifier packages or lubricity agents.

Corrosion Inhibitors for Metalworking fluids

Since water accelerates corrosion in metals, Corrosion Inhibitors are critical in modern water-based metalworking technology. You can minimize the corrosive effects of water on ferrous and non-ferrous alloys with our additives.

Corrosion is affected by multiple variables, including the nature of the alloy, quality of the water, formulation, mixed metals and chemical species competing for the surface. That requires a range of additives designed to work synergistically and complement the machining environment.

Emulsifiers for Metalworking fluids

Emulsifiers are an important part of a water based metal working fluid. Depending upon the type of emulsion the formulator wants to create and the water quality in which the product will be used, will determine the type of emulsification system chosen.

ZG has several chemistries which can be used to achieve stable emulsions in various water qualities and they are often used in combination as either primary or secondary emulsifiers depending on the final properties of the emulsion. The emulsifiers have other benefits that include low foam, corrosion protection for ferrous metals and good lubrication functions.
